Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note, orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options: 

• Standard Shipping (Australia):
  Delivery within 3-7 business days – $8.95 flat rate. 
  Free for orders over $100 AUD.

• Express Shipping (Australia):
  Delivery within 1-3 business days – $12.95 flat rate.
  Free for orders over $100 AUD.

• International Shipping:
  Delivery times and rates vary by destination. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Please note, international orders may be subject to customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status of your package at any time.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact our support team at hello@byronbronze.com. We’ll work with the courier service to resolve any issues and ensure you receive your order. 

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We also reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries.
